- 1 ripe melon ( about 1kg )
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon of red porto
- Salt
Preparation
Cut the melon in half
Remove the flesh and reduce into purée
Add the porto, the lemon juice, the beaten egg white
Lightly salt
Put into the ice-cream maker
