Ingredients
- 600 g of Button mushrooms
- 100 g of concentrated tomato ( 2 tablespoons )
- 10 cl of white wine
- 1/2 of a lemon juice
- Thyme, laurel, clove, tarragon, garlic, coriander
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Clean, wash, mince the mushrooms
Cook the mushrooms for 20 min in the mixture of concentrated tomato, white wine, lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper
Serve hot or warm with the cooking juice
Alternatives
You can replace the mushrooms with:
- Cauliflower,
- Fennel,
