Ingredients
- 400 g of cooked green beans
- 400 g of fresh tomatoes
- 100 g of pink radish
- 1 small lettuce
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 200 g of natural tuna
- 100 g of onions
- 4 black olives
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 4 oil anchovy fillets (25 g)
- Vinegar sauce
Preparation
For the vinegar sauce
◦ 1/2 glass of vinegar
◦ 1/2 glass of water
◦ 1/2 teaspoon of strong mustard
◦ 1 shallot or 1/2 chopped onion
◦ 2 crushed garlic cloves
◦ Salt, pepper
Mix all the ingredients
Next steps
Wash and cut the tomatoes in quarters
Prepare the lettuce leaves and the rest of the ingredients
Dispose the vegetables beautifully, sprinkle the tuna, the eggs and the olives
Add the whipped egg whites
Decorate with the anchovy fillets and fin onion slices
Serve with a vinegar sauce
