Ingredients
- 2 l of mussels
- 1/4 l (25 cl) of white wine
- 1/4 l (25 cl) of fish stock
- 100 g of chopped shallots
- Parsley, salt, pepper
Preparation
Scratch and wash the mussels (you can buy them already washed in some shops)
Put them in a pot with all the ingredients
Cook until the mussels are open
Serve instantly
