- 1 small avocado (100 g)
- 200 g of fresh bean sprouts or blanched and tinned or not depending on taste
- 100 g of tomatoes
- 100 g of crab
- 100 g of lambs lettuce
- 1 small green pepper
- Yoghurt sauce or cream cheese
Make the yoghurt sauce
- 1 plain yoghurt
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of strong mustard
- Herbes : parsley, chive, chervil, tarragon
- Salt, pepper
Mix all the ingredients

Make a cream cheese sauce
- 100 g of 0% fat cream cheese
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of strong mustard

Mix the bean sprouts with the crab
Put in a serving dish and decorate with tomato quarters, the avocado peeled and cut into pieces and the pepper cut in slices
Coat with the sauce
Sprinkle with paprika
