Shrimp celery stalks recipe

Ingredients
- 400 g of celery stalks
- 100 g of peeled shrimps
- 1 yoghurt
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1 lemon
- Herbs, mild red pepper
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Cook or blanch the celery stalks (optional)
Roughly chop the shrimps
Crush the hard-boiled egg with a fork
Mix them with the yoghurt, the spices and the herbs
Detach each celery stalk and cut them in sections of same length
Stuff them with the mixture
Decorate with lemon quarters
Alternatives
You can replace the celery stalks with:
- Raw endive leafs,
- Artichoke bottoms,
- Fennel
