- Raw vegetables, blanched or cooked (half tomatoes, carved cucumber, button mushrooms…)
For the stuffing
- 100 g of 20% fat cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- Salt, pepper

With shrimp or tuna (25 Kcal / serving)
Add 50 g of shrimp or chopped tuna and some cayenne pepper to the stuffing
With olives (20 Kcal / serving)
Add 20 g of pitted and chopped black olives and paprika to the stuffing
With blue cheese (20 Kcal / serving)
Add 20 g of cheese to the stuffing like : Roquefort, Fourme d’Ambert
