Stuffed grapefruit recipe

Ingredients
- 2 big grapefruits (prefer seasonal fruits)
- 100 g of peeled shrimps
- 100 g of 0% fat cream cheese
- 3 medium sized tomatoes
- 1 knife tip of Cayenne pepper, tarragon
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Cut the grapefruits in half, withdraw the pulp and cut in small dice
Drain and chop the shrimps roughly to mix them with the grapefruit
Add in the mixture the cream cheese, the Cayenne pepper, the salt, the pepper and the tarragon
Fill the grape shells with the filling
Keep fresh until served
Garnish with tomato quarters
Alternatives
Add to the filling 100 g of mushrooms washed, cleaned, minced, add some lemon juice to avoid oxidation.
